• Agent and tool source code and configurations you deploy to the Service
• Third-party OAuth app credentials (client ID and secret) and the resulting access and refresh tokens stored on your behalf
• Environment variables and secrets you configure for your deployments, stored encrypted at rest
• Agent conversation histories and workflow run data generated during execution
• Communications with us (support requests, feedback)

Information collected automatically

• Usage data (features used, actions taken)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
• Device information (device type, operating system)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Third-Party Data Processing

LLM providers

Reminix provides built-in LLM access through a managed proxy. When your agents or tools make LLM calls using the built-in access, requests are routed through Reminix to third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). You may bypass the proxy by configuring your own provider API keys, in which case requests go directly to the provider. In either case, the data you send is subject to the provider's privacy policy and data handling practices.

Connected services

When your agents or tools interact with third-party services (Google, Slack, Notion, etc.) using OAuth tokens managed by Reminix, data may be read from or written to those services. Reminix facilitates these connections but does not independently access or process data from your connected services outside of executing your deployed code.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.

Upon account deletion: deployed code and configurations are permanently deleted, OAuth tokens and credentials are permanently deleted, environment variables and secrets are permanently deleted, conversation histories and workflow data are permanently deleted, and execution logs are deleted according to your plan's retention period.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens, API keys, and environment variables are encrypted at rest. All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications
