Who counts as an author?
Anyone who uploaded or published a script version this month, counted once however often they publish. People who only run scripts, from the app, the API, the CLI or agents, aren't authors.
Do agents cost extra?
No. When an agent runs a script through the API or the MCP server, that's a run, counted with the month's runs. An agent is never an author.
What's a long run?
A run must normally finish within 30 seconds. On Team and Business, a script can run for up to 10 or 15 minutes, for reports, data syncs and batch jobs. Its minutes count toward the month's long-run minutes.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Owners get an email at 80% and 100%. At the limit, Reminix refuses new runs and says when the limit resets. A run that's already going finishes, and schedules skip until the reset or an upgrade. Plan allowances has the details.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time, in Settings → Billing. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Approvals you've turned on stay on after a move to a smaller plan, so a script never becomes less safe.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for a year at once and it costs less than paying monthly. Switch the toggle above the plans to Annual to see the prices.
