Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between the business you represent ("you") and Omsome L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Omsome", "we"), for using Reminix. By creating an account, you accept them on behalf of that business, and confirm you're allowed to.

1. The service

Reminix stores and runs code your team publishes as scripts, and keeps a record of every run, as described in our documentation. Features may change, and we don't yet offer a service level agreement. We'll tell account owners before removing a feature they use.

2. Your account

Keep your password and API keys secret, and give each person and service only the access it needs. You're responsible for what happens under your account and keys. Tell us at once if you think someone has misused them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Reminix for anything illegal, or to harm others;
• run code that attacks, scans or sends spam to others, mines currency, or breaks the terms of the services it calls;
• try to get around your plan's limits, other customers' data, or our security, including the sandbox your code runs in;
• overload the service on purpose, or call the API faster than its documented rate limits allow;
• process sensitive personal data (such as health or payment card data) in runs without our written agreement;
• resell Reminix itself without a written agreement with us.

4. Your code and data

Your code and data stay yours. You let us store and run them only to provide Reminix to you, as our Privacy Policydescribes. You're responsible for the code your team publishes and what it does, including with the third-party services it calls and the keys you give it.

5. Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-periods, unless the law requires it.

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change for your plan. What happens when you reach your plan's limits is described in ourdocumentation.

6. Availability

We work to keep Reminix available, but it can be interrupted, for maintenance or by problems outside our control. A run that is interrupted is marked as failed and isn't retried automatically, so it can't repeat what it did.

7. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Reminix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, don't pay, or put the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. When an account ends, we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes.

8. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential, and use it only for the purposes of this agreement.

9. No warranty

Reminix is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for Reminix in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if that's more. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

11. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of code your team ran, the data you sent us, or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Reminix after that, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
